All our rooms have private bathrooms and balconies
The rooms range from 20 to 30 square meters. In each room there is a double bed
or 2 separate beds.
On request, in our more spacious rooms, it is possible to add a third bed or a cot for
children.
Additional services in the room:
- We have a room with a bathroom designed for people disabled people. The removal of architectural barriers is partially present in this room
- In our most spacious rooms it is possible to have an extra bed on request:
- from 0 to 2 years 10,00 euro per night
- from 3 to 7 years - 60 % of the price per person per night
- from 8 to 13 years - 40 % of the price per person per night
- from 14 years – 10 % of the price per person per night
- for guests who require a double room for single use -10% of the price per person per night
- For the little ones:
- Baby cot (if available) up to 2 years old at the price of 15 euro.
- Free side rail for third bed.
- Free bottle warmer for babies to be requested at the reception upon availability
Cancellation policy
- Non-refundable: at the time of booking, the full amount of the stay.
- We give our customers the possibility to cancel their reservation free of charge up to reservation up to 15 days before the arrival date.
- Non-refundable: at the time of booking we ask for the full amount of the stay (in case of bookings made 7 days before arrival)
- Penalty: in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

The bathroom of one room is designed for people with reduced mobility, shower low to the floor and it does not have a bidet by law.

The garden view room is a double room with the possibility to put a third bed, located on the second floor and furnished in a simple style, it has a quiet private balcony overlooking our garden with a side lake view. The bathroom in this room is designed for people with reduced mobility so it is equipped with a walk-in shower and does not have a bidet by law.
